Account settings
Open Settings below Support in the dashboard sidebar. Its tabs keep login security, team access, API keys and billing configuration together.
API keys and endpoints
Owners and Admins manage keys in Settings → API keys. Use Endpoints to choose a network and copy its RPC URL. Moving key management into Settings does not change existing keys or URLs.
Where enabled, Configure opens a key’s access restrictions and JWT settings. See API key security for details.
Team invitations and roles
Open Settings → Team to invite a teammate by email, review pending invitations or manage members. Joining is invitation-only. Sharing an email domain does not join accounts automatically. Each login belongs to one account.
Viewers can read usage and SLA reports. Billing members can also manage billing. Admins can additionally manage API keys and Billing or Viewer members. The Owner manages Admins, ownership and team authentication. Every role can manage its own login security, open Support and use Recommend us. The role table in Team shows the available actions.
Invitations expire after seven days. A replacement invitation invalidates the previous link. Sign in with the invited email address to accept. An existing personal account can join when it has no active paid plan or PAYG. Cancel the plan or disable PAYG first. Accepting after scheduling cancellation ends the personal plan immediately and forfeits its remaining time.
Joining replaces personal account access with the organisation’s access. Personal API keys stop working. Previous invoices and usage stay on the personal billing record. Accounts that already have a team or unresolved billing need review before moving.
Login security
In Settings → Login security, set up an authenticator, save recovery codes, review active sessions or revoke a session. Security activity and session lists are paginated.
An enabled authenticator adds a verification step after password or Google sign-in. Each recovery code can be used once. Never share your password, authenticator setup key or recovery codes with Support.
To require authenticators for the team, the Owner must first enable their own authenticator and keep recovery codes. Members without an authenticator see a dedicated setup page before accessing the account.
Company SSO is available for eligible Enterprise accounts. Open its setup from Team when available. If SSO is required, use your company sign-in. Contact your Owner if access is blocked. If the Owner is locked out, contact Support for recovery help.
Business details and billing
Billing remains a separate sidebar page for plans, usage and payment history. Settings → Billing provides compact controls for business details, plan changes, overage, cancellation and Manage in Stripe. Viewers cannot manage billing.
Organisation name, address and tax IDs sync with Stripe for future invoices. Existing invoices and signed agreements stay as issued. Multiple tax IDs are supported. After adding the first, choose Add another tax ID to open the form.
Pending verification refreshes automatically for a limited time. Use Refresh verification to check again. Verification does not by itself guarantee a tax exemption. Checkout reuses saved tax IDs and can update billing details entered during payment. A first card payment may still ask for an address.
Paid-plan cancellation normally keeps access until the paid period ends. Disabling PAYG stops new usage charges and settles outstanding usage. Joining an organisation after cancelling a personal plan ends its remaining access immediately. The confirmation shown for your action explains the effect.
Support conversations
Every member can open Support. The account’s plan determines whether email tickets or live chat are included. Opening the page does not add support to a plan that excludes it.
Members normally see their own conversations. When the Owner enables Shared Support history in Team, Owners and Admins can view and continue all account conversations. Viewers and Billing members still see only their own. Turning sharing off removes the additional access. Replies identify the member who wrote them.
Referrals and Enterprise agreements
Recommend us is available to all account members. Everyone shares the same referral link and reward history. Rewards become account credit, not a personal payment. See the referral program.
Enterprise terms are arranged with our team. Billing shows the agreement and its status, including agreed limits, fees, overage and SLA coverage where enrolled. Amendments can start immediately with proration or at a billing boundary. Existing PAYG usage and prepaid credit are reconciled during eligible migrations. Ask Support for an agreement review rather than assuming standard plan terms apply.
